This loooks really interesting.
1.1 is an Arabic Science Fiction film that uses speculative designs as means to critique/question cultural niches in a pseudo-contemporary Middle Eastern society.
They have a ways to go yet, but it still looks like a great idea. We don’t see much spreculative fiction from Arabic countries, I really hope this is only the start.
