and coincidence could be 'cause i don't know family history; but there be a lot of old soldiers kickin' around in the afterworld because of killin'

So here's part of Wikipedia about dear old Alasdair MacColla

On the outbreak of the Irish Rebellion of 1641 [1], MacColla found himself in Antrim [2], under the command of Randal MacDonald [3], the chief of the Irish MacDonald.

Explains some but outlines the Campbell connection 'cause they be the Protestant enemies the Mcdonald's fought.

And here's a crest: from Antrium look at it on

A relative from way back may not like Campbells;

I'm just sayin' and caraaazee as I am; i chant for seven generations in the past and seven generations in the future and so I chant for him and his family; these odd little side stories arebound to show up; That's all right; soldiers are soldiers; blood feuds can run long especially if you've done some killing, pillaging raping etc....

Sometimes sadness and darkness IS a family affair.

heh.

claidheamh mòr, A broad sword; you need to hold one so write an ep in a future show that deals with a battle. I think you will find it feels familar to you.
