[i]hmmm, you may be right lizard, i guess i just assumed musicals are american because i think of all the big glitzy hollywood productions, and the majority of broadway stuff…is it poor man’s opera do you think? or a marriage of vaudeville and popular songs? i guess all the musicians out there could help with this one…anyway, i know that there is a lot of crappy american culture, but there is a lot of good stuff-blues, jazz, and all the stuff in between, as well as more recent stuff, although i guess i still love british invasion (cream, traffic, rolling stones early, et al)…and let us not forget movies and books!
