If my memory serves me well, I believe that the footage was done for an episode that was never completed, or was rejected. It was mixed in with footage from IWHS to more closely recreate the Cluster scenes, and used in the Rated: LEXX special.
This is actually more of a question for Valdron, though. I’m sure he’s got more details on this.
