Apologies to the US peeps

Backing up to Clinton as president. Like I mentioned before, I’m hard pressed to think what policies he passed that had a positive effect on the well being of the American people. Everyone said what a great job he did…but what, EXACTLY did he do? I really need a reminder on that.
