“Lexx” is essentially the same as “Star Trek: The Next Generation,” only with different characters and aliens (Like “Star Trek: Voyager” [img]http://www.sadgeezer.com/ubb/smile.gif[/img]).
I don’t know how its budget compares to “Doctor Who.”
