Oh, yeah, that’s one of the greatest season-openers of all time. That’s when it started kicking into high gear for me. First, there’s Prince and the doofy President, there’s the kid hanging on the wall, there’s talk of the wholesale slaughter of innocent people, then there’s the talk of the aliens. You *know* it’s gonna be the Crew, you know that they’re gonna make an entrance with this, but just seeing this from Earth’s POV (isn’t this the first time we see any crew member talking to another person from their point of view? Don’t we always see *them* on the LEXX’s screen?) and seeing Stan showing up and asking his normal questions — good food? nice beaches? acommodating females? — is just a riot. Made me want to cheer, it did.
