I’m not sure who you would send a message to – Verio is a pretty damn big company, and you’d be lucky to get an email response within a couple days if you were a customer of theirs. The people who actually fix these problems won’t be the onmes fielding emails, in any case – the ones who have the job of answering emails just do a lot of “paperwork” and move on.
In any case, it will likely be back up sometime in the next 12 hours.
