no i dont think the klingons will have ridges as in the ds9 epidsode where they go back and find the tribbles worf has as bad reaction to the question of how the klingons got there ridges, and i think i know how, it was the only tribble defence when the klingons came to destroy their planet they activated it, a genetic virus that would destroy anything it came into contact with, however the klingons immune system was too good and all it managed to do was to change the klingons genetic structure to have forehead ridges, this has pass from generation to generation, to klingon after klingon until their whole populus was infected
