The crew of the [i]Lexx[/i] do not have any such high and noble goals. Stan is an idiot who just want’s to get laid. Xev is a loveslave who want’s a man, but not Stan. 790 is an annoying robot head that causes trouble. And Kai is just plain dead and has little or no motivation most of the time, other than to protect Stan and Xev for lack of anything better to do.

Well, that much is true. But I think [i]Space:1999[/i] is more similar to [i]Star Trek[/i] than [i]Lexx![/i]

And that’s where the similarities between Data and Kai end. If anything, Kai is similar to the Borg.
