I think the tongue thing must do the clean up job, there doesn’t seem to be any toilet paper around.
I bet Xev must sit on that thing for hours, probably prefers using that to bring herself to the edge of sexual ecstasy instead of Stan, poor old Stan…can’t even compete with a toilet!!!
