Why Did Eva Habermann Go?

I liked Zev as well. She was a good charactor. While I don’t mind Xev, she gets my teeth on edge at times and I positively HATED her when she fell in love with Prince in Series 3. I mean, it was obvious he was evil. In my opinion, Xev shouldn’t have happened and Zev shouldn’t have died. The way she died was plausible, but the whole reborn thing just doesn’t fit in.
