ok, i only saw the pilot episode and found it rather **** but basically he had some form of mental scaring in a war (which one i cant remember) but he was locked up in this big asselem like thing and they let him out as he was the only one that could do the tests anyway he goes out and i dont know anything about him getting the flu.

What Im trying to say is when he goes 7 days into the past, what happens to his past self?
Like in the film Back to the future 2. Michael J Fox travels back to 1955 again, and sees himself-an earlier version from the first time he travelled there, in the original film.
There were 2 Marty Mcflies in 1955 at the same time!!
It doesnt seem to be the case in this 7 Days programme.
Thats why Im a bit confused. I know its only a tv show, but I like to watch things that make some sense.I’ve just discovered that my previous post was the thousanth post in the General TV Sci Fi forum. Yippee. Do I win anything?

So could someone please explain this.
Right. The US government has developed a time machine that can send one person back 7 days in time, thus altering the future from then on. So far so good.
However, say the main character(can’t remember his name) is sick with the flu and is in bed on the 14th June. Exactly 7 days later, he has to do a back step to avert some sort of tragedy. So he goes back in time to 14th June. Does this mean there are now 2 of him on this date. One, sick with flu, tucked up in bed and another who has just travelled back from the future.
Is this explained in the pilot episode? Can someone please enlighten me.——————

Its an american show about time travel. Every week the main character has to travel back to stop either a nuclear war, a global plague or some other catastophe.
Ive not made up my mind about this show yet, but I guess if you havnt heard about it then it probably didnt go down very well in the states. Probably for the reason I mentioned above——————

i am hoping that they are drowning their disappointment over the uncon in a well-earned vacation…even though newkate is married to saddy, she can’t get a visa for canada, being a dangerous russian don’t you know! so, i suspect they went off to wherever they can get visas for, and are plotting what they will do when newkate becomes a safe english citizen! we’ll hear from them soon…okay,dodgy, it’s a date (promises, promises, you english guys are all the same!)
