“DIRECTOR DAVID WINNING SIGNS TO HELM
ABC NETWORK SERIES; SHOOTING IN HUNGARY”

DAVID WINNING is set to direct episodes of the new much-hyped ABC Network/Hallmark fantasy series DINOTOPIA and is travelling to Hungary this week for start of principal photography later in March.

The Primetime series, premiering on ABC in May 2002, films in Budapest and London, England.

The Canadian director is also returning for Andromeda’s third season; directing more episodes when the hit sci-fi series starring Kevin Sorbo resumes production later this Spring. The Andromeda veteran helmed five episodes in the first two seasons including John de Lancie’s appearance in “THE PEARLS THAT WERE HIS EYES” and “A HEART FOR FALSEHOOD FRAMED”. He recently completed work on seven episodes of EARTH: FINAL CONFLICT including “THE JOURNEY”; the last chapter filmed in the final season.

On the convention circuit, Winning will be appearing in late May as a guest at MarCon 37 in Columbus, Ohio and has been invited to the 2002 Grand Slam Star Trek Con in Pasadena in March. More information is
