I howled during the Bar Jam Session. The begining was great, did you notice? The Dead do *not* like to be laughed at.

It was a nice change to see Kai doing something different. This new season seems to be one devoted to altering the images of our stalwart crew. I’m enjoying seeing some many familiar faces from past seasons. Sadly, the last I knew, several (Mantrid for one) were not able to appear. It’s a lot of fun to see how the Earth characters work parts of previous characters into the new venue. I now have a new expression to use at appropriate times. I gotta say, I’ve heard a lot of nicks for private parts, but “cradling the rock” is an original.

I loved Kai in this episode. I wish there was more like this in each ep. His explanation to the tavern’s owner about who the BrunnenG were was great.
I also liked the second sampling act Kai performed this season when he (humorously) made terrible piano noise while trying to figure out (in superfast divine assasin manner) how the instrument worked.
I was impressed to see that a large portion of close-ups on Michael McMannus playing piano were indeed real piano playing. I hate that it is faked so badly most of the time; points to Mr. McMannus for the piano work in this story.
