SadGeezer.com E-mail Account holders…

For those of you who are contributors, reviewers, moderators, administrators for sadgeezer.com who have a sadgeezer.com email account:

You may have noticed a problem with sending emails through your sadgeezer.com account. The service provider has basically thrown a wobbler and clamped the email server so tight (ducks bum tight) that we can’t send out email unless the server has your IP address!!

Yes, yes I know, but they are being really agravating about it.

The only way round the problem is to do the following:

1. go into the MS-DOS PROMPT and type ‘ipconfig’ and press return. You should then see an IP Address number.

2. Make a note of the IP Address number and send me (tony@sadgeezer.com) an email (not using your sadgeezer email address 🙂 ) with the number and email username attached.

3. I will then forward the number on to the service provider so that you will be able to send emails using your sadgeezer.com email address.

Sorry about this, but after a lengthy argument this is all I am able to do to rectify the problem.

Your other sadgeezer.com services (FTP, Webspace etc.) should be working normally.
