sorry if it looks like i’ve been taking over the joint today (i have a very sad existence)
before i clear off for the day, i heard this earlier- its a method of stress relief. i hope some of you find it helpful!!
had a bad day? someone at work really annoying you? try this meditation exercise. close your eyes. relax. imagine yourself walking through a sun-strewn wood. the flowers are out, the birds are singing, there’s a nice, gentle breeze. all is well with the world. take a deep breath. you smell the scent of thousands of blossoms. ahh.. take another deep breath. walk on through the wood, and you hear the sound of a babbling stream. walk to that stream. stare into that cool, clear, revitalising water. you see the face of the person you hate. ahhh… they’re staring back at you… and then smile, as you continue with that grip that keeps their head under the water…. now, doesn’t that feel better???
