A new short URL’s system has been implemented on sadgeezer.com. Most of the important page urls will be shorter and have a .html extention at the end.
This has been done for security reasons and to make typing sadgeezer urls easier for users and to make the site more friendly to the search engines.
News item urls for instance have now changed from:
/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=100&mode=thread&order=0&thold=0
to:/html/displayarticle100.html
Both urls above link to the same article, so clearly both systems still work. However, you should now find it slightly easier to quote and navigate the site.
