Cult sci-fi movies

Has anyone else seen [i]Alphaville[/i]? It’s 1960’s Godard so it’s not a totally painless experience (usual pontification [img]images/smiles/icon_redface.gif[/img]), but I’d definitely call it cult. A cross between film noir and sci fi–with an evil computer yet. Also interesting is that through lighting and choice of locations, he makes 1960’s Paris into his city of the future–no fancy (or not so fancy) sets.
