The two prison guards in the execution scene in Little Blue Planet were rednecks from the party scene on Vermal in White Trash.

The guy in the dumpster in Fluff Daddy was Gordon White, who played a zombie in Twilight.

And what about Jeff Hirschfield? Doesn’t the porno pizza guy count as a reincarnation of Big Boy Bando?

That’s interesting. Do you have names for the redneck actors? That would be useful.

I didn’t mark the Hirschfield person as Bando because they don’t seem like the same character, even though the appearance is somewhat similar (because it’s the same actor). The pizza boy could also be the reincarnation of the Divine Shadow (host) who killed Kai, which would make sense since that was the voice of Jeff Hirschfield and Barnab Hufferton is played by Lex Gigeroff and could therefore be the reincarnation of His Shadow’s last human host (the tattoed Gigeroff skinhead with problems). But there isn’t anything about the characters that distinctly marks them as reincarnations. Huff could also be Dr. Rainbow, or one of the other characters he’s played in Lexx’s history.

We can’t know which and it doesn’t seem like any. The reuse of actors outside of reincarnations makes this hard. For example, Holger Kunkel played Boork in Eating Pattern and Vigo in Mantrid. He reappeared on Fire as one of the “downstairs people” in K-Town. So the Fire character could be the soul of either Boork of Vigo. The indicator is that the Fire-dweller tells the reincarnated Mantrid to get lost, while Vigo was Igor to Mantrid’s Dr. Frankenstein. So I think it’s safe to say the makers intended him to be Vigo’s soul. No such indicator appears in Fluff Daddy to show which Lex and Jeff the fluffers were.
