One thing I’m not clear on is why Xev wanted the key?, and how did she propose to get it, was it when Brud was knocked off the bridge and then she couldn’t understand why the key hadn’t come to her, and that killing Brud/Stan wasn’t intentional.
[i] this was a roller coaster ride of an episode, so it’s no wonder hypatia’s excellent explanation has still left you wondering…xev was very drunk, brud parsnip masquerading as stan, talked her into taking him to the lexx, even as xev was sussing the idea that brud parsnip might not be who he was pretending to be, the homicidal robot head knocked him into the pit…and of course the key did not fly out of his hand, leaving the still confused xev even more befuddled…Meanwhile, our boy kai is saving stan’s worthless behind to bring him back to the lexx, at which point all is clear to the crew…however, the president, who lest we forget was on death row when prince saved him to be his puppet president [img]http://www.sadgeezer.com/ubb/wink.gif[/img], has realized the great offense to his bunny, and has nuked newfoundland in retaliation as a proper gentleman would in the defense of his lady [img]http://www.sadgeezer.com/ubb/biggrin.gif[/img] does that help my squishy?[/i]
