Stan was dead but his soul came back to his body. Kai is dead, why didn’t his soul come back to him? Or did it? How did he know that Stan’s would?

I think that Prince didn’t have a counterpart on Water because Water was perfect and didn’t need a prince.

Yep you’re right Hypatia, there was never any indication of a ‘good Prince’, Water didn’t need a ruler of any kind, as they were carefree and happy and treated each other with the same amount of respect.
While on Fire, Prince was ordained with the task of ensuring those people were made to suffer.
