Buffy Questions!
As Buffy fanatic, I can say that I remember no fire demon, in which case, it is probably exclusive to the comic (much like what Mary Beth said), but the mentions of a wheel-chaired Spike, a Jenny-mourning Giles, an alive and kicking Kendra, and an evil Angelous are to give you an idea as to when it takes place. So it *could* have happened in the time betwen episode A and episode B.
