I can’t wait until we get it here either (UK that is). I really hope they try and get away from that goody-goody image/moralising that TNG suffered.
What used to really annoy me about TNG was the way the captain (a frenchman with a perfect english accent – [i]IMPOSSIBLE![/i]) could preach to Data about benefits of being human !?!?! Weird! The geezer can think ten times faster, lift a tonne, move faster and live for ever! – AND maintain an errection for as long as he wants – [b]What the hell would he want to be human for![/b]
For gods sake, please don’t answer that, I know all about the emotion stuff, but lets face it I think some of us would forego the emotion and go for the bonking all night! (even if we might not have the urge [img]images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif[/img] )
