They never detail the process except in Series 3<
You did see the movie? They gave a number of clones they had and a time frame in which they achieved this number.They showed us gestation tubes with clones in them.They showed us children being educated through to adulthood and told us that these clones were altered to be better and grow in half the time.Aside from that,most cloning involves some starter dna and a period of cultivating that dna to a finished product.
