To follow up on this, I checked the test discs we have here, and you can, indeed, skip from one chapter to the next on the Season 2 discs. Don’t know how or why that happened with the first series, other than it was one of Salter’s first (if not their very first) DVD projects. But, it’s been cleared up now.
Hopefully, with the full sample discs we get in, the track-time thing will work. If not, as I said, we’ll try to get it worked out for the next 3 releases.
