It could be due to the big announcement on the front page:
BANDWIDTH PROBLEMS
The server has been clobbered by picture downloaders (mostly non-members and non-contributors) this month and the site risks being closed until April because I am reaching my 43Gb bandwidth limit (already!). So unfortunately, until further notice, the Sci Fi Downloads section has been Dissabled.
