i guess i still cannot understand the appeal of friends…buffy has her moments, but lexx and queer as folk are more entertaining and are canadian ventures (the latter by way of an english show) in fact, a lot of the newer scifi programs are at least filmed in canada if not entirely canadian ventures…including x files until relatively recently, and first wave…also outer limits, poltergeist and i believe the gathering…same thing for film lately, i am sure aleck can and will correct me on this… [img]http://www.sadgeezer.com/ubb/biggrin.gif[/img], but it seems like everytime i see something that is supposed to be set in new york, i see scenes that exist nowhere in the city…then i look at the credits and see filmed in toronto or whatever…or maybe i am just feeling guilty and hypersensitive for all the canadian jokes i used to make before lexx…i do love hearing your take on the excellence of american tv though, makes me want to go watch something…scuse me, fx
