I have to agree with Black Cloud’s view. I don’t think they have the same soul and are in effect different people, at least it sure seems that way. But I don’t think the beans see it that way, I believe to them she has the same soul. Maybe they’ll take advantage of that in Season 4. I was kinda disappointed they didn’t do that with Kai in Series 3, but they at least showed that his soul was indeed trapped on Water. Again, another Series 4 possibilty.
