It seems everyone (including me) have moved to another board or simply deserted!

They have the power over life and death in their forum ie. they can edit posts, delete offensive posts and get as power-mad as they like.

Those are just some of the things you can play around with. A moderator is basically someone who hangs around here often and encourages discussion. You are one of those peeps Ivy, but as a moderator, you would have access to a LOT more resources and information.
The down-side is that you have to visit your forum fairly regularly (not every day, but certainly most days) and keep an eye on it. I have a special moderators page that has lots of instructions and advice and also a Moderators forum where Mods get together and chat about issues or advice.

Who is Galen? Don’t all shoot me at once I am an Andromeda fan, just found this site so haven’t yet posted much. Like the new series immensely, I think it will be better than the first, although that had some excellent episodes. (Someone who likes their men small and blond, you can have Tyr, Harper is MINE)

ok, i love the sandwich idea [img]images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img] * takes a moment to picture this and wonders why there is not a graemlin for drooling, one would be appropiate at this moment, hehe* [img]images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif[/img] and maybe kevin running the video camera hehehe! seriously though, andromeda is a great show with a great cast and the storylines are good. i really look forward to a long run of this show.
