    >>> Battlestar Galactica co-creator Ronald D. Moore will write a trilogy for Tom Cruise’s movie studio, United Artists.
    >>>
    >>> Could Cruise be looking for a sci-fi franchise to call his own? Moore (pictured) co-wrote Mission Impossible: II and,
    >>> according to U.A. boss Paula Wagner, hit it off famously with the toothy action star.

Could this be a new scientology opus in the making? I’m only familiar with the condensed South Park version of their mythology so maybe a full trilogy will do them justice. 😉

Ron Moore should try to finish up what he started.

I am no fan of L. Ron Hubbard.

I’m not really a fan of Ron Moore either.  It would be really good though, for Cruise to be in something a little more meaty.  Mission Impossible and some of his other sci fi films can’t (imo) be ever considered cult.  Someone of his talent should try something less mainstream and more interesting.
