Favorite Brigadoom Songs

Following in the tradition of the past few weeks, I’m starting another poll. This time I’m curious what songs (besides them all) that everyone liked from Brigadoom.

My favorites are:
*A Good Way to Die aka Final Stand
*We Are the Brunnen-G
*Dull Dull Dull

Those are my favorites, but I love almost all of the Brigadoom tracks.

I wouldn’t say shame, but there are some songs I like more than others. I like to sing along with all of the Brigadoom songs when I have my Brigadoom CD playing. “If this should be our final stand, we will stand together with pride…”

I’d say “The Time Prophet’s Song” is the best by far. A lot of [i]Brigadoom[/i] songs are really good, though. That was quite an episode.

It is really hard to choose amongst the Brigadoom songs. I like many of them an awful lot. In no particular order, my favorites are:

Brunnis (Closed behind our mighty shield…)
I Have to Go
Final Stand
We Are the Brunnen-G
I Want More
Dull, Dull, Dull
Gather ‘Round

In particular, I find myself belting out some form of “Gather ‘Round” quite a bit:

Gather ’round and hear my song,
We’ve been deaf, we have been blind too long.
Beyond our shields there lies a threat,
It will smell our stinky breath.
His Shadow is coming, His Shadow looms,
His Shadow is bringing our final doom!
We cannot hide, you must listen to me,
This is the end of the Brunnen-G!

Me and my buddies tend to play around with a perversion of “Dull, Dull, Dull,” as well, which mocks the way the Brunnen-G dress. It goes a li’le some’in like this, a-hem…

You can get all the songs at Lekss: Muzyka Temnoi Zony (that’s “Lexx: Music from the Dark Zone”). Some of the text is in Russian, but the track listings are in English.
