Stan is on the bridge with Kai and 790. Stan wants to leave Earth’s orbit, he asks Kai for suggestions. “I suggest you walk a few paces to the right and fall off the bridge to your death” pipes im 790. Bunny shows up on Lexx’s screen says that she realizes that Brud wasn’t Stan, she wants Stan now.She invites him down to the White House. Stan decides to go, Kai qoutes Stan’s objection to Earth – “Are you sure you want to return to an alien infected type 13 planet in its final stages?”. Of course Stan does. Xev comes onto the bridge wearing her cluster lizard skin. She wants to go to Earth, but when asked why she says “No reason, I just, want to” and gives a small lizard scream. They head down.
They land in front of the White House. Xev is acting wierd “I want to take a walk” she says, almost drunkenly, and wanders off. “Perhaps I should join you ” Kai says. Stan objects, he wants Kai to gaurd him. “Xev is not well. I shall return for you. Enjoy your sexual encounter with the President’s wife” and Kai walks away.
Stan and Bunny are getting to it, but poor Bunny turns is not in the mood. She turns on a porno to help, and Stan sees that one of the actresses is Lykkya. Stan wants to find her, and Bunny reveals that she gets her porn from Prince and that it is filmed in Kennebunkport Maine. Stan heads off to find Lykkya.
Xev is really not feeling well. She eats a man (no, not in that sense!) and passses out. Prince finds her in a dumpster, and they walk off together. Prince reveals that the souls from Fire and Water came to Earth when the two planets were destroyed, and offers to take Xev to the living Kai. She refuses, and he walks away. Xev notices a poster for a performance artist named Kai.
Stan gets to the set, pretends to be an ‘Fluffer’in the porn flick- (allegedly, fluffers really exist). He meets Lykyya, who is not very happy to see him. “Is it talking to me? Make it stop” when Stan says hi, I’ve been dreaming about you for the last 4000 years. Arnold J.Huffer, a failed politician and the producer of the ‘movies’ shows Stan the set.

The porno shoot go’s on, but poor Stan is not invited to take part. The producer explains that “I was gifted in the political form, but I was empty. Here I come to work with a song in my heart and a tingle in my trousers” Stan realizes that Lykyya is not “smooth round the bend! she’s not even close!” just as Lykyya gets up and tells the male actor that he “reeks. Your breath smells,have you been drinking from the toilet again?” Stan seizes the moment to tell her how glad he is to see her, but Lykyya tells him to get lost, Stan thinking that she is “teasing me, aren’t you Lykyya?”. They break for two minutes. The producer shows Stan into a room, where he learns what a ‘fluffer’ does when the male actor (Dig Dongler) opens his robe.
Stan refuses and gets thrown out of the set. He figures out how to use a phone (picks it up and tells the computer that he wants to talk to Prince. “If you want to make a call, please hang up and try again” it tells him. Stan walks away when the phone rings,it’s Prince. Stan agrees not to kill Prince and to take Prince with him on Lexx when Prince wants to leave if Prince takes him back to ‘save’ Lykyya.G’Night, sweet Cluster lizard, I’m gonna try to sleep. Finished later tonite or tomorrow, and don’t feel guilty for enjoying life in the midst of death. It is actually a form of heroism.

ATF agents storm Huffertainment (the porn studio) and arrest Mr. Huffer for the “Illegal possesion of Cuban cigars. Strip search him!” says one agent, and has Stan sign a paper giving him (Stan) ownership of Huffertainment. “You don’t know what they’ll do to me in prison!” cries Huffer. Lykkya does, she kisses Stan and gets him to let Huffer go.
We cut back to Xev and the living Kai, who is shooting nails into his feet. “The actor must understand pain”. “I want you to understand pleasure, Xev purrs, and explains that she loves him and has loved him for 4000 years,but he was dead.”But now your alive. I want to love you, right here,right now” “I am not above indulging in the plesures of the flesh, Xev. But I have commited myself to remain celibate for the run of my show. During that time every molecule of my essence must be funneled into the theatrical art. To allow it to be spilled in such a frivolous manner is to allow weakness and failure” Xev wants to know how long his show will run. “2 mounths, unless my grant is extended. Then 6 mounths” “I’ll wait” she says. “Of course. And now I must retire, to sleep, perchance to dream” Xev has nowhere to go, and decides to stay with him. “Are you sure you don’t need comfort?” she asks. “The actor does not need comfort” and he falls asleep. Xev spots his toy poodle, and growls.
We cut to Stan and Lykyya, heading to the Lexx. Lykyya gets him to tell her about the kay, and how it can be passed at the edge of death, or the extreme of ecstasy. “I want to fly away with you Stanley, but first I want to make one last movie with you, a never before seen mix of hardcore sex and hardcore politics. ‘The oval oriface’. And I want to film it in the White House, with you in it”. So Stan arranges things with Prince, and they fly to the White House.
Back with the living Kai, who is ‘acting’. “I tell you that is good mifflen, my English lords” He stands up and yells “I was not angry, till I came to France!”. “Go onto the horseman on the hill, if they will fight, for they offend our sight! Le juere du fairdue!” while throwing tomatoes into a fan (the kind that spins)Xev’s eyes roll up into her head, and we go to a commercial.
In the White house (the Clinton bedroom [img]images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img]) the show is getting started, with Lykyya’s producer there. The President offers his services, but Stan says “No, I’m the Commander in Chief in this scene” “Thats not fair” the president whines. Lykyya wants to give Stan somthing special, “I want to make love in your super, special, space moth. Now get out of the way, you’re in my light”. Filming continues without Stan.
They shoot the final scene in the moth. Lykyya’s producer is teling them “Now at this point, you and Lulu have been chased out of the White House by transexxual terrorists, and are about to die. Action!” Lykyya tells Stan that she remembers her previous life from before, and that she and Stan could never fulfill their passion because she was smooth rond the bend. She kisses him, which transferes the key. In a sudden (well, anticipated by everyone but Stan) change of heart she pushes him out of the moth and flys away.

Hypatia, thanx for the update thus far, but I can imagine your mind is on other things, please don’t worry about completing the rest, if you want to then I’ll be glad to see it, but please don’t feel obliged too.
I think that we can skip it this week, as I don’t think many people can give too much thought to many things at the moment.
I think after this weeks events, many of us feel emotionally drained, so I think the weekend needs to be used for relaxing and trying to get back to normal.
I hope that all my great friends in the US are ok at this stage, Squishy’s heart goes out to you all.

Thank you sweet Squishy, but I’ll definitly finish it. I haven’t been able to sleep well lately, and Lexx is a good escape from all this s***.
Oh, and I think Xev is pregnent with cluster lizards.
I gotta say, it was nice to have a break from the pain and grief of the last few days. Lexx took me away for a while, but my heart just wasn’t in it.
Oh yeah, beware cluster lizards every seven years.

A piece I saw said that 4.09 was 59 minutes long and that when it goes on the market as tape or dvd the episode will have all 59 minutes. Anybody know when we might get to purchase it? I can’t imagine it will be any time soon, but if you hear anything, HOLLAR!!!!XEV IS PREGNANT?!I thought she was sterile,because I thought the Lustacon messes w/your insides and makes you eye candy. I afraid to think what Xev did to living Kai. I swear, Stan’s the biggest idiot in the two universes, I don’t think even the dimist character could allow this to happen. I assume Loo Loo was the resurrected evil Lykkya from his school days. And one of the Moth Breeders has the key, yet has no will power or thoughts of his own. Elmey, it’s great to hear that you and your family are ok, and all of us on the forum and around the world are proud of you and the people of New York.
I think it’s fair to say that your city has tremendous courage, and that you serve as great examples of the American spirit, many places would have succumbed to grief and not been able to show the strength and unity you have all displayed…New Yorkers are simply amazing.
And I doubt it is the last time that anyone in the world will say what everyone now knows about the incredible city of New York and it’s people.
The images shown to the world, guarantee that you and your fellow people will be remembered for a very long time, you have earned a place in folklore, and New York is now a city of heroes.
I have never in my entire life seen such devotion and courage in the face of disaster as I have seen from your people, you make humanity human again…and I for one am extremely proud of New York and the American people, as are all of the UK.
You and many other New Yorkers may wonder why you are being hailed as such, but believe me, from where the rest of us stand, New Yorker’s are a truly remarkable community
of caring, decent and courageous people.

Stan contacts his friendly ATF agent who puts him in touch with Prince. Prince dosen’t care about Stan now that he is without the key, and tells the friendly ATF agent to “Initiate plan Dandelion”. Stan is thrown off the White House grounds.
Lykyya and her director fly to the Lexx. They meet the socible 790, who greets them “Lykyya. You’re alive. Like I care.And who’s your ugly friend?” Lykyya tells him that she’s captain, and asks where the controal center is. “Does that mean you’ve killed Stanley Tweedle? Oh happy day! The pedastel behind you. While you’re at it, why don’t you kill each other?” She tosses 790 to Huffer. “Lexx, I want to blow up some planets” she commands.
Stan is running thru the D.C streets, asking people to help him keep Lykyya from stealing the Lexx. They arn’t very sympathetic. He spots a porn shop that has one of Lykyyas movies in the window. He takes it and leaves, only to be stopped by a security gaurd. “Look I didn’t know I was supposed to give you anything for it so no harm done, I’m a security gaurd too. Well, I was, so could you cut some slack for a brother in the trade?” No, and Stan is carted away to a asylum.
The ‘doctors’ decide to lobotomize and castrate Stan “First thing next morning” (have you ever seen ‘Silence of the Lambs’? Stan is wearing a hockey mask and a straightjacket)
Xev is holding a bloody ‘living Kai’ barbie doll (not as good as Frey’s tho [img]images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img]) and watching the living Kai perform. “Sweet Kate, will you not swear that thou lovest me?” while standing under a sprinkler when the dead Kai shows up. She rushes up and hugs him. “listen, really strange things have been happening. There were people here before, and now there gone,and I don’t remember what happened or how I ended up holding this thing (she holds up the doll). And I’ve been blacking out, and when I wake up I feel really bad in my stomach” she says. “The cluster lizard aspect of your physiology is undergoing a reproductive cycle. The female cluster lizard experiances a form of estrus every 7 years. She becomes very agressive. At the end of the cycle, she also devours her mate. I saw you become a lizard and devour those people.” “And you didn’t try to stop me?” “Why would I?” Anticipating a ‘The dead do not’ she adds “No, you wouldn’t. I don’t belive you,I’m not that much of a lizard,and I know my own body. I’ve found love with him, he’s like you, only alive. And nothings gonna get in the way” “I disagree” Kai says, and starts to leave. “Where are you going?” “To find Stanley. I will meet you back here, after you have eaten your mate.” “Don’t say that. ” “Kai, what do you think about his, I mean your, acting?” she adds,just as living Kai starts babbling in German. “The dead do not think-about acting” and the dead Kai leaves.
Lykyya blows up Venus and Mars (actually it looked too big to be Mars and had too much of an atmosphere-but it wasn’t any other planet).
Xev wakes up too find that she’s eaten the living Kai and all that remains is his bun (I didn’t say that!). The dead Kai looks on with a glimmer of compassion in his eye (or did I imagine that?) as she strokes it and talks to it.
Lykyya and Hufferton visit the cryochamber. They notice Vlad. “Do you think she might be amenable to a little ‘space exploration’?” asks Hufferton. “Lets find out” Lykyya replies, opening the cryochamber. “Madam my name is Bartemus K. Hufferton, but my friends call me Huff. And you look like a friend to me” “What Huff is trying to say is that we think you’re hot” explains Lykyya.
Vlad wastes no time. “I kill you in the name of His Divine Shadow” and kills them both, in one shot.
The key flies around the Lexx, and enters a moth-breeder. His reaction? “Must build more moths”
Squish, I read that 150 of the people who were murdered were British. You have my condolences. As does everybody, of course but I wanted to mention it.
And then I’ll shut up about it. Sorry.
Hypatia, thanx for a nicely done account of the latest ep, Lexx certainly is getting weirder, but it’s nice to see Louise Wischermann making an appearance.
Please don’t be sorry about offering your condolences, at the moment this country is drawing it’s strength from the people of the USA, we remember and mourn for all the Americans and British as almost being one nation.
Thankyou for your kind words of support, I think that we all have come a lot closer as nations in the aftermath, and the events of the last few day’s have shown that the UK and the US care about each other more than just being different nationalities.
I don’t think there is another two countries in the world, that have such a close relationship, as the US and the UK have, to us the loss of American life hurts just as much as our own losses.
One thing we must never let go of, especially now, is that feeling of unity.
Tony Blair, summed it up by saying that the anger must remain in us all for some time to come, as letting go of these emotions could mean that we eventually lose conviction when facing the enemy…and he’s right.
Some people tend to back off when the dust has settled and that’s when we must remind ourselves of what has happened, even when it’s painful to do so. It must remain in the forefront of our minds, so no thoughts of dumbing down the response we make is entertained.
I think for many the shock has passed somewhat, now is the time for rational thinking, but the anger must be kept boiling over in all of us…otherwise there is the danger that we may lose heart, so that makes posts like your’s important, you are doing everyone a favour with your thoughts and feelings, we need to keep the events of last tuesday in mind for a very long time.

I live about 20 minutes from the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania airport and a few hours from where one of the hi-jacked planes went down… I get so much comfort from your words, you are such a nice person for saying them.. This has been a nightmare for so many people of all nationalities and we must remain united if we are to get through this….
One thing, I can’t get out of my mind, well, actually many things, but today on the t.v. there was a story about this man who was on the 92nd story of the WTC and managed to call his family on his cell phone after the first attack and then the building collapsed. Now, nothing, and, this will break your heart, but his little girl keeps dialing back his cell phone number… Just one of the heart-wrenching stories of suffering… Thanks again for your words, they are so appreciated….. And New Yorkers have my admiration and complete support… America is Rising!!!

Hey to all my American friends.
Squishy loves you all and wanted to show his support, I think many Brits, including myself, feel a little inadequate with us being on the other side of the Atlantic.
Given the chance many of us would be over there to help with donations of blood and medical assistance and just to help as best we can, mind you, if I came…you’d never get rid of me again!!!
Recently, the PM and other’s have talked of our ‘special’ relationship we have with America, I think the UK and the US set a good example to the world on how to get along.
I think it goes beyond being just allies, but I personally have always loved America, we think of you as the big brother that we look up to.
You have never let us down, and just being on this board over these few dramatic month’s have just reinforced the view of just how wonderful the American people are.
I know that America has it’s problems, but it’s times like these that you see the spirit of your nation, I don’t think there is another nation in the world that pull’s together as a people as much as the US.
Also, the UK has made me proud, because everyone here loves and supports America, and have noy been afraid to show that.
BTW, Squishy might be your next door neighbour soon, my father and brother are considering a move to Canada, and of course I will go, as that gives me the chance to sneak across the border and crash out on a few of your couches…you poor souls!!!

I’m new to this board but have been keeping track of the new Lexx season through some excellent plot synopsies, and the top-class banter you lot have provided. Good stuff. Like Squishy, I too come from the UK – a city called Newcastle-Upon-Tyne (you might know wor people as Geordies, who talk with accents that southerners have extreme difficulty deciphering [img]images/smiles/icon_razz.gif[/img] )Tuesday’s events were a shock for us all.. I was at work when this took place and ended up wathcing it live on TV in a nearby conference room.. to say I was stunned would be an understatement.

Jus a thought.. are there any places on the net where the episodes can be downloaded in DivX? It’d give us UK peeps a chance to watch and catch up instead of enjoying it vicariously [img]images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img]
Welcome Lonegunman, from a fellow Uk’er, I just wanted to let our American friends know that we’ll be in good company with a Geordie on the board, they are the funniest and kindest people in the UK, and thet drink like fish!!!…just don’t mention Sunderland (hehe).
Anyway Lonegunman, hope you enjoy the board, we never fight on here (unless we arrange something in advance), so it’s quite pleasant to come somewhere, where there is no flaming…but I do miss ol’ Dalektek.

welcome lgm: like squishy says, we may snarl among ourselves, but we have all drawn great comfort from each other in the last week (thank you hypatia for lovely words)…and we have even started cheering ourselves up with our twisted humor and way out commentary

Thanx Hypatia, if I’m well fed I usually don’t eat brains!!!, but if you have a partner or family relative you have no particular use for, then we can have them for supper one evening…maybe with a nice bolognese sauce and garlic bread.
Canada seems like a nice place to live, and I guess I could start a Lexx revival while I’m there, but I’m still gonna sneak into the US.

For those of you have no idea what it’s about.. there’s a long-standing rivalry between Newcastle and a nearby city called Sunderland.. and yes, it’s all to do with football so it runs deep in the blood of every Geordie to grief Mackems.. and vise-versa [img]images/smiles/icon_razz.gif[/img] [img]images/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif[/img] I’m not sure even Squishy has seen what a Newcastle/Sunderland Derby day is like! Hummn…. Stange question to ask on a board that is tracked by Salter Street AND the companies that produce the completely legal DVD’s. Don’t you think we should wait until the show is out of production and the DVD are no longer available before we start swapping it around on the net? [img]images/smiles/icon_rolleyes.gif[/img]
Ok.. so it was a daft question to ask. I’ve seen most of Seasons 1 & 2.. I only caught the odd episode of Season 3. Channel 5, which screens the Lexx episodes in this country is not one of the best when it comes to reception on normal terrestrial TV.. most people get a fuzzy picture at best. I have started buying the videos of the first seasons, so thats to prove i’m not wanting to rip anyone off..
Call it the fact I wanna catch up on several episodes I’ve missed. At the moment Channel 5 cannot give the date as to when they will start screening season 4.. even Farscape has only recently started showing on BBC2.
One things for sure.. it ain’t easy being a SciFi fan in the UK when you wanna see yer favourite shows and you face a major delay between what is shown in the US, and it’s screening date here in the UK.
