Lexx in Australia

Hi all
I’m not sure if too many Australians post in this forum, but I’d just like to add a quick post to announce that Lexx (season 3) will be screening in Australia again. Arena is no longer showing it, rather it will now be seen on TV1.
Granted it won’t be season 4, but it’s a start, perhaps this will be a lead up to it.

Also, while I got someone from Oz here, what gets cut out of LEXX down there? The excess violence or the nudity or nothing?

Actually, I don’t think anything gets cut out, we Aussies are privy to *ALL* the nude/violent scenes, but that was on Arena- perhaps TV1 will edit, only time will tell (but looking at the time slot they’ve given it, I shouldn’t think so).

Lexx starts on August 9 @ 10.30pm(EST)on TV1.I saw a trailer for Lexx series 3 on TV1 today, quite a relief to know it wasn’t dumped after Arena TV was “improved”.
We Aussies might be getting season 4 on TV1 after the repeats of season 3, but it would be nice to get confirmation from someone. Getting information from Foxtel on their future programming though is surprisingly difficult. They have a comments/queries section on their TV1 website, but don’t really seem to provide much response.
Does anyone out there know for sure if Lexx series 4 will be in Australia soon?

As for you question, I think you’ll find that no one knows the answer to whether or not they’ll put on season 4, it’s really too early to tell if tv1 will continue with it at this stage. However, being the optimist that I am [img]http://www.sadgeezer.com/ubb/smile.gif[/img], seeing as tv1 has chosen to start screening season 3 (rather than 1, or even 2); it’s lead me to believe that *perhaps* they will be continuing with soon season 4.
