Hi! I have a sad little theory… While being subjected to an episode of Sesame Street, it came to me in an epiphany that Oscar the Grouch is, in fact, a small, hairy, green and unhygenic Time Lord!! How else do you explain that seeminngly bottomless trash can of his? It’s obviously a TARDIS. Maybe the Master had another botched regeneration… [img]/ubb/wink.gif[/img]
