I saw it this weekend and I’ve decided that it’s now one of my all-time favorite sci-fi movies. Right up there with Rocky Horror Picture Show and “Brigadoom,” the musical episode of Lexx. Also, go straight to the comic book store and buy a copy of the new Dusty Star, Vol. 2 #1. That cult movie, the tv show, and the comic book can all be wrapped up into this little scene from American Astronaut:

“Hey, boy. Hey, boy.” The scene takes place in the toilet of a bar located on the asteroid, Ceres.
It’s approximately as bizarre as Kin-Dza-Dza!.

That would be great! I’ve just added a breif review to SadCAST #10 (just telling everyone how cool it is) and used part of the trailer, but HELL YEAH! A clip of the Hay Boy scene , and opening scene on Venus (ah Hoooo, Ah Hoooo 😀 ) would be simply excellent clips to include in a special.
You could do a complete review!! (like say the Cowboy Bebop one I did) send me the mpeg and I’ll top and tail it with credits etc. theme tune etc. (you need to send a pic of yourself too).
