    What a great shame, I always felt he was a great asset to conservation world wide with his wicked enthusiasm and larger than life personality.

    I know that this is a sci-fi place, but I always enjoyed his shows.

    I agree. Great guy, and great loss. It makes me sick that so many people immediately got into this “he was asking for it” mode. Media should more on his work and his message, rather than endless speculations about details of his death. I feel so sorry for his wife.

    Agree or disagree, like or dislike, untimely death is sad and unfair for all involved. Condolences abound. ‘Nuff said.
