Why is he called 769?

Why did 790 say he was to be known as 769 from now on? Maybe I mis-heard or maybe I’d dropped off asleep but Im sure he said that Robots who were attached to a body were called 769s. Yet, he used to be attached to a body himself originally and was always known as 790. Someone please clarify.
Apart from the obvious sexual reference, I thought 790 said “790 on a body with it’s original head” or words that effect. I can’t remember. Someone go and watch the epiosde again!

Yeah, that’s the gist of it. A 769 is a robot head placed on a body that also keeps its original head. Which seems to be, IMHO, a really stupid thing for anyone on the Cluster to do.
