What the hell was “Relativity” all about?

Thats the only explanation I can think of. But it still doesn’t explain why 7 found the device before Voyager left but it wasn’t there at a later time.
Anyway Cbrate is right. I’ve wasted enough time thinking about this ep. I think I should get out more.
