I’d recommend a reseller account from [url=http://www.blueboxinternet.com]blueboxinternet[/url], only the highest standard package only has 22GB/month and costs about $60/month or $600/year, and I can’t find mention of ASP anwhere, although I know they used to offer chillisoft ASP.
You could also look at a dedicated server, which would be the best option really for such a high load, but you’re looking at £159 for example with [url=http://www.positive-internet.com/dolphin/index.html]Positive Internet[/url]’s package (and they don’t appear to offer ASP as standard, though why you’d need both ASP and PHP I don’t know?).
IT might be worth looking at [url=http://www.webfusion.co.uk/]http://www.webfusion.co.uk/[/url] (who are part of the same company as 123-reg) and [url=http://oneandone.co.uk/]http://oneandone.co.uk/[/url] (who advertise in magazines often and have extremely good prices – seem too good really)
It’s probably a good idea also to visit some of the hosting review sites and forums (don’t have the links right now as at work)
