I do not know who Brandon McCarvell is, but I thought he looked (and acted) alot like that kid from the Twilight Zone movie (the kid with the mind over matter power) but I would think that that kid would be much older than that now {{shrug}}.
There was also some speculation that he was Norb, although I think that was pretty much dismissed.
Someone said that it was Duke reincarnated, that might have explained why the kid was so mean.
