Hah, guess I should have noticed this thread, as I was found them completely by chance in my local MVC. Here’s a copy of my posts to the Fanclub group:
You know they said that Series 3 would only ever be available on VHS in the UK? Well MVC are now selling the complete series 3 in a boxed set of 4 DVDs.

They are labelled as ‘exclusive’: whether that means the box or the DVDs themselves I don’t know, but I haven’t found them on any of the other online stores I’ve checked, including Contender’s own. From the outside they are the usual Contender fare with the same style packaging (I never did find out whether they are still using Aitch Creative for the designs) and the spine image continues on from the 2.4 box. However, corners have been cut and pennies pinched as far as the contents goes, as there are no special features and while they still have a pretty Cheerful Scout menu system, it is not animated like the previous discs were. Still, better than nothing. Oh, and if you’ve got an MVC near you you’re better off popping in there as (using my MVC card) I payed only £25, while the onile price is £27 plus postage. And ignore what it says on the site, it’s rated 15 not 12.
On the subject of UK DVDs, has anyone heard anything further from Momentum since they announced they were releasing Series 4 in the UK? I’ve not had a peep from them since then, not even a reply to my email about it.

Ah, found some info from the Contender site:
“LEXX 3 AT MVC! The crew of living ship the Lexx have been floating lost for four thousand years – and it probably feels that long for people who’ve been waiting for the DVD release of the show’s third season!
Meet Kai, Xev, Stanley and 790 as they arrive at the planets Fire and Water, only to encounter all the strange places and folk who live there.
This 4-disc boxed set comes as an MVC exclusive and is released 16th June.”
