The email links ae coming in as

http://www.sadgeezer.com/modules.php?foo

when they should be

http://www.sadgeezer.com/%5Bb%5Dhtml/%5B/b%5Dmodules.php?foo

Probably just a configuration setting somewhere, for site root.
