The Chronicle, Final EP next Friday (22nd)
The next installment is Dune Messiah and Children of Dune, with the latter being the focus and the name.
It wont be out till 2003 however.
They also are considering doing the rest of the series for Sci-fi depending on the ratings. The final book in the series will be released in a few years based off the notes and writings of Frank Herbert. His son with an editor have been writing the prequals which are pretty good. House Atreides, House Harkonnen, House Corrino. Which explain what happened just before Dune begins.
Another trilogy they are releasing will focus on the Butlerian Jihad and the fall of the Machines. While I dont consider these the real series they are worth reading.
