Does anyone have copies of Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors or Rude Dog and the Dweebs on VHS? If so, please let me know!

(don’t think i want to see ‘Captain Zep- Space Detective’. one of those programmes that seemed like a good idea at the time… ) what about ‘Terrahawks’? i used to love these shows!

There was a massive glut of cartoons in the ’80s. Most of them were not that good.

I do recall one called something like Legends of Darkwater or something. It was a D&D adventure-type cartoon. It never finished the story.

My God! I do remember Ulysses with his force-field shield and sword-cum-blaster. I think I only saw one episode of that.

    Need British help on this!!!!!!

Ok got two things here one of which I think you all can help with the other most likely only Brits will know.

Ok first. There was this cartoon on after Voltron and before Robotech in which some bad guy with half a clown face that was female and half a male face that was normal fighting against heroes. Have no more info than that hell I was like 7!

Second is even more vague. It was a British production and it wasent a cartoon. It was a live action story about these 3? Kids that get caught in a labyrinth and the only way to get out is to bring a special Candlestick, A special Cloak and something else into the vacinty of one another. Please help with this one cause I watched it while I was 5-8 and have no clue how to find info on it on the Internet!!

    Thanks a ton in advance!

not sure about the first, but the second may be a show called ‘Into the Labyrinth’, which i watched in the early ’80s. can’t remember much about it myself, but the description sounds familiar!!

You rock Snooklepie… That is EXACTLY it. Now I have the name I found some info on the net. Probably the first cult Sci-fi show I watched in the USA, albeit at 8 years old in 83

    edit:

Found so much info now I had the name! Realized I watched it on Nickoledon as a child as part of a show called “The Third Eye” which featured this along with
“Children of the Stones”; “Under the Mountain”

    Again thanks!!

i have a suggestion for you, Raven. if you’re after episodes of Rude Dog & Jayce, how about keeping an eye on the kid’s tv channel schedules?? knowing what tv’s like for repeating stuff, they’re bound to turn up eventually!!

If you search ebay you can usually find people selling VCDs of all sorts of series (the trick is having the auction close before ebay notices and closes it)
There a fansub site I’ve seen that has copies of the Cities of Gold dub too ( http://www.geocities.com/muzlam/indexanime.html ) among lots of fansubs of anime series some of which have no official sub/dubs (e.g. only certain series of sailor moon have subs available and Chobits has no official sub or dub yet)

If it exists I can find it.

I’ve just started a scarily similar post on the channel 4 forum- only we’ve had more replies. For more info, may I recommend my website at- http://expage.com/80stoons which has several links to great sites, including Jace (anyone aware a lot of the story was written by JMS?), Useless-knees (sorry, Ulysses) 31, MCOG and a couple of the more juvenile ones (but still awesome) like Trapdoor (oh globbits!) and Stoppit and Tidyup (uuuurrrrrrhhhhhh!!!!!!).

We previewed the Stoppit and Tidyup video in our school before it appeared on TV, and we entered in some sort of picture competition (I can’t remember if anyone from our school won anything, but I do remember seeing them looking at my picture and getting hopeful, but not winning anything)

A couple of useful links I’ve found in my bookmarks are
