Blakes7 and Lexx

Anyone else think there’s a bit of a similarity between these shows? Blakes 7 was a British sci fi show about a group of prisoners in a totalitarian society who escape and steal the most powerful ship in the galaxy (which talks but is none too bright)and use it to bring down the aforementioned totalitarian government. Ohh and they are accompanied by a disembodied robot with an attitude.
That’s a description that could just about be used on Lexx. In Blakes 7 the crew were all killed off in the last episode. What do you think are the chances of that happening in Lexx as well?
