As previously mentioned, Harper activates an old copy of Andromed`s memory which means she no longer recognises any of the crew. When every1 starts getting shot at he disables the internal security systems and Andromeda forces Trance to make a few jumps until they finally reach the target of the mission this Andromeda thinks she is on – a star orbited by 20 planets filled with trillions of Magog. Magog swarm ships board, many fights. Harper and Tyr get savaged, Rommie gets skewered by a big pole and the Magog decide to use their point-singularity weapons to blow two rather large holes in the Andromeda, the resulting explosions knock out the rest of the crew.
Also, while fighting off Magog prior to the big hole-busting, Rev Bem bites one of the Magig, throws his Waysit necklace-thing to the ground and follows the other Magog who have Tyr and Harper as captives.
The last we see is Andromeda floating dead in space with those large previously mentioned holes in it…I`ll be honest, I saw the pilot of Andromeda and thought it sucked (their black holes were orange, what else was there to say?!) but someone suggested I watch the finale, I did so and now I`m backtracking through the season.
Guess I was just trying to compare it to EFC and ST (Voyager is s**t by the way) and that really isn`t a good thing to do.HAIL ANDROMEDA AND ALL WHO SAIL ON HER! (the ship not the avatar, that sort of thing is for an entirely different forum)

Hopefully in these new episodes coming up they won’t get rid of characters so often. I mean, there are only seven all told so if you make two or three just be nebulously Elsewhere you’re suddenly down half your crew. And they do this in several of the episodes! I always wondered where Harper, Rev, and Trance were in that ep. where Tyr loses his memory. They just aren’t around and no one explains where they are.

I don’t think I got TOO many of the details wrong, except for the whole “Rev gets shot” thing, and I really thought that happened for some reason. Oh well. Hopefully I’ll actually get to see that episode sometime. Assuming, of course, that they ever show it.
