Apparently, three new titles have been registered at the UK Patent Office.
Ms. Rowling once said that the series would end with 7 books but the additional tiles make that 8 – one of them maybe an alternative title though.
The publishers report the new titles to be:
“Harry Potter and the Alchemist’s Cell,”
“Harry Potter and the Chariots of Light” and “Harry Potter and the Pyramids of Furmat.”The fifth book is titled “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix”
I’ve just seen the latest film and was completely spellbound during the first half hour, but I[‘m ashamed to say I thought that the rest of the film was much of a muchness. Still great, but not particularly innovative. (The wife thought that the spiders were really scary!)

Children murdered, blood rituals, and much more adult subjects as the series goes on, incredible books. I’ve been hooked for a few years waiting for Order of the Phoenix!
As for the titles I’d wager a guess that she’s unsure of 1 or 2 title names and is just covering her bets.
For example; the first book has 2 main version and 2 different names as well.
Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone, which is a fair deal shorter than the Global release of Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone but still the same book.

JK Rowling’s giving fans a teasing glimpse into the next Harry Potter book.
She’s written 93 words on a piece of card and they’re all taken randomly from Harry Potter and The Order of the Phoenix.Click here for our new improved HP section

But you can only get your hands on the card if you’ve got about £6,000; it’s being auctioned for charity and that’s how much it’s expected to raise.
It’ll be sold at Sotheby’s auction house in London on 12 December and JK will autograph it, too.
The money will go to Book Aid International which helps the world’s poorest people get access to books and education.
Asked for more clues to the plot, JK’s spokeswoman would only say: “I know no more than what is on that card.”
The book should hopefully be ready in the shops sometime next year.
