Human Growth Hormone has a cery dodgy marketing campaign on the net, but one or two doctors have gone as far as saying that is can be as important as life or death for some and prolong and enhance quality of life for most people over the age of 25.

There are now homeopathic HGH sprays that can be bought and these are reputed to be yet a further breakthrough.

Has anyone that you know actually benefited from this stuff? (or even tried it!?)

I actually tried it. It helped me increase my lifting capabilty by 20 to 30 percent with a fair energy increase.However,I also changed my diet a bit and exsiced more regularly during that time. How much exactly did it help I don’t know.
