I have a small complaint about Lexx daddy-o

I love it how Lexx is a very sexy show aswell as a Sci Fi, but in some eps it seems more like Lexx is a bizzare porno rather than a Sci Fi, like haveing the key come out of you by haveing an orgazam seems kinda stupid to me!!, oh and I have a question in the ep “Magic Baby” is that irish druid supposed to be a send up of Ozzy Osbourne in the 80’s?

I have to disagree with the commonly held misconception that Lexx is pornography. I have always understood the difference between pornography and erotica to be this: Pornography shows the actual sexual act where erotica merely alludes to it. Lexx is replete with innuendo, and does have occaisional nudity, but it definitely falls under the definition of erotica, IMHO.

As to the Key’s methods of transfer, I could only hazard the guess that the Beans wanted to shake up the dynamic of the show by having others be able to take the Key without having to kill Stanley to do it.

I have to agree that Uther does remind me of Ozzy. I thought that the first time I saw ‘Magic Baby’. Whether it was intentional on the Beans parts is anyone’s guess. I’ve never heard it mentioned in any interviews or chats.

I was kinda offended how Xev yawned dureing Uthers song, it was’nt that bad!, you should never yawn during someones act!!, and if he had an english accent and sweared more he would be a spitting image of Ozzy in the 80’s
